Curses! Foiled again!

Us starving artist (and writer) types have to have day jobs so that we can slightly less starving. Our commitment to not being homeless has unfortunately made it impossible for us to webcomic this week.... But do not fret! I have all sorts of news and updates for you! Yes, you specifically!

1.) I wrote you a mad-lib:

A(n) [adjective] Fairy Tale

Once upon a time, there was a(n) [noun] who longed to be a(n) [noun]. He wished upon many [plural noun] and [plural noun], but was quickly beginning to feel hopeless. One day, a(n) [adjective] [noun] [past tense verb] into town and proclaimed, “If any one can [verb] me at [type of card game], I shall grant any [adjective] wish that they desire.” The [first noun written] [past tense verb] at the chance, and began practicing his game.

He practiced [adverb] every day for a week.
